Confirm What We Built
Walk the customer through everything in the original contract. Tap Confirm on each item. If something is different from what was sold, tap Flag.
Crafted To Zero™ Verification
Walk each item with the customer. Blocking items (marked with a red bar) must pass for Done-and-Paid status. If something failed, tap Fail and note why.
Job Actuals
Quick capture — the customer doesn't see this screen. Used for crew scorecards and refining future estimates.
Confirm all required photos are tagged in CompanyCam before submitting. 8+ photos required for DAP green.
Sign & Close
Customer first, then installer. By signing below, the customer confirms the work was completed per scope and accepts the lifetime warranty.
A Few Final Things
Hand the warranty card and care guide to the customer. Optional: ask for a star rating and a quick quote about the work.
